Is it Possible to Print a Full page from MICROSOFT word that uses every corner of the sheet?

The minimum margin on a printed page is usually set by your printer not by Word. I doubt it would be possible for you to cover an entire sheet of paper with a home printer. The easiest solution would probably be to print on as much of the page as you can, and then trim the borders off with scissors. It won't be quite the size of a full sheet of paper, but probably pretty close.
