Why does nobody want communism?

Communism doesn't work because there are no 2 equal people. Always in life, I have seen people from one group that have 10X the work ethic, commitment and talent than that of another group. Should they then, all get paid the same? With some thought/experience in this to see it firsthand in this life - with your own eyes -- you will also jump and say, "Absolutely not!"
