SWEET 16 PARTY VENUES??!!?

Hey my best friend and i are turning 16 soon are party is April 2nd and i need a party venues that can hold about 90 people...we want the venue to look really cool of course we will decor. it but it needs to look cool we want a NYC theme and so we thought about maybe a club..like renting one or a very nice hotel only problem is IOWA doesn't have any place here i can think of that will allow like 90 loud dancing teens... :'( So i need a lot of venue ideas!
