WEEDS ARGH HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

okay my dads garden is royaly F-U-C-K-E-D with weeds gr growing between plants and rocks ect how can i make this job as easy as possible its a mainly pebbles flagstones we may have weed killer but i dought it i dont want to use a shovel :( HELP!
