Swine flu vaccination in pregnancy, please list all your reasons for and all your resons for against?

For: I have seen a pregnant woman almost die of swine flu and know of at least one other case where both mother and baby died. I personally have had both swine and seasonal flu vaccines. Those people that i have seen with major flu complications have been in the thirties to early fifties. It has undergone the same testing as seasonal flu vaccine which as to be produced every year so there is no difference on that basis.
