Gluten/wheat intolerance question?.....How have you got on with the gluten-free bread?
Hi i don't know if your gluten free bread had buckwheat in it or not but some people with gluten allergies can not eat the buckwheat flour. Have you tried making your own bread. That's what i do cause for me it is easier and then bread is 100% better. There are many places to go to get recipes. Living Without is a good place and has all kinds of recipes. Also Amazon. com has many books on Gluten-Free baking. It is a possibility you are having problems with the rice bran but few people have allergies to rice. Read on your label and see what else your bread had in it. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
