How are poor people supposed to improve their lot in life if they can't move forward?

Right now I work at Wal-Mart for minimum wage. I want to go to college but can't afford it. I don't make enough to cover the cost. My parents are dirt poor and can't contribute anything. I applied for over 200 scholarships, but I didn't get any. I applied for work study and federal loans, but got denied because they don't think I can pay them back. FAFSA did nothing for me. I applied for private loans at every bank I can find offering students loans and Sallie Mae, but got denied because I don't have a co-signer. Every one of my family members tried to co-sign for me, but they all got turned down because they are poor. Without a college degree, I'll never get a job better than Wal-Mart. What am I to do?
