Make sure to have over the next 2-3 days. Once you get your positive OPK, you will likely ovulate within the next 12-72 hours. It depends on when you caught the surge, either on its way up or on its way down. And the egg will be viable for 12-24 hours. Anyway, make sure you do it for the next 2-3 days. And as far as having every day vs. every other day, go ahead and do it every day if you want. Some say to only do it every other day to make sure there is a good enough "supply" of fresh sperm, but if your man has no issues with low sperm count or low motility, then go ahead and do it every day. Also though, make sure to keep it fun. Only doing it to make a baby will put stress on both of you, and it may not happen. Keeping it fun and making it about being together will keep the stress away and help things happen.
