I am having friendship trouble i need advice!?

My friend Scarlet and I were close friends the first day of school then all of a sudden she takes the boy i liked who liked me too and asked him if he will go out with her instead of her. and that day I wanted to chocked the hack out of her. I need help in getting the one i love (the Boy) back in my life soon.
