Should Sutcliffe be allowed to challenge a Judge's order regarding his release from prison?

Only at his own or families expense, WHY should the taxpayer fund all these bizzare attemts to shi*e on our judicial system. I'd suggest that every penny spent in legal aid on idiots like this ought to be equally put in a pot for the guy who actually relieves us of this demented , depraved individual.
